Build strength, up your heart rate and support the recovery of your postnatal body with other mum's to spur each other on. Bring baby along and feel refreshed and renewed out in the open and fresh air.


Great for your mental well being and hopefully baby sleeps better too. Deep screening and physical assessment to ensure you are ready and have modifications and progressions for where you are at!
